Technical Overview
 

Pozar Thermo’s Digital Portable Pyrometer is designed to work seamlessly with Type S, R, B (noble metal) and Type K thermocouples, enabling accurate temperature measurement across a wide range of metals including steel, cast iron, copper, brass, bronze, aluminium, and various alloys.

During operation, the thermocouple tip is immersed into molten metal, generating a millivolt signal. The built-in microprocessor instantly converts this signal into a temperature reading, which is displayed on the unit along with LED and buzzer indications once the measurement is complete.

The integrated plateau detection algorithm ensures highly accurate readings by identifying the stable temperature zone and filtering out inconsistencies caused by slag layers, furnace hotspots, or electrical noise.

Mains Operated Temperature Indicator(DIGITEM)

Specially designed instrument for Temperature Control molten metal with a 50mm 4 digits Bright displays.  P C Compatibility.  Port for Printing data.  Output Port for connecting a 100 mm Jumbo Display.  The data can be downloaded to a computer and can be viewed on any standard viewer. Further processing of the data can be performed in Excel.
