Immersion samplers are widely used to obtain representative metal samples quickly and safely during the production process, enabling precise analysis and process optimisation.

During operation, the sampler is immersed into molten metal for a few seconds, allowing the cavity to fill rapidly and solidify into a uniform sample. This sample is then retrieved and prepared for laboratory or on-site analysis, providing critical data on composition, quality, and process control.

Lollypop Samplers are available in the following shapes: - Round - Oval - Stepped / Twin Paper tube lengths: We provides Immersion Samplers with varying lengths of paper tubes. The lengths readily available are 300 mm, 600mm, 900 mm, 1200 mm and 1500 mm. In addition, there is a flexibility of providing Samplers in the lengths of paper tubes as per customers’ requirements.
